Educators and global workforce experts often warn that in times to come, along with academic qualifications, our future generation will need to have certain skills to cope with the changing dynamics, ensuring a good career. The lack of certain skills might have a negative impact on their careers.
In this direction, whole lot of work is underway, especially the researchers at Harvard, Hanover, Connecticut State Department of Education etc. and many more have suggested skills those may be able to make up for the changing dynamics.
